I ordered wd portable hard drive of 1 TB with 2999 rupees from Sharma Electronics on Amazon. But suddenly they cancelled my order without any reason. then after 2-3 days i got am sms mentioning your amazon item is dispatched and will receive the item after few days. Today 23 jan, 2018 I received the item from delhivery, but the product was a JBL headphone, and it was without any bill.
They trap the buyer by showing attractive discounts, and when buyer places order, they get details about buyer, ( email, Phone, Address etc. ) Then cancel the order ( because they can’t provide at low price ), send sms mentioning amazon, that your cancelled order is again active and dispatched to address. Send fake products to those address and take the money from you.
In My case the courier was BMP( bookmypacket) and Delhivery.com
Such a big fraud is going on, where to complain and how to do it. I lost my hard earned INR 3000.
