SBI Credit Card Complaints & Reviews

I received a call on afternoon 1.00pm on 4th October. They said we are speaking from SBI Bank. They told me that SBI has closed reward point credit card, so they are giving bonus card instead of that. And they asked for the details. Then they said their senior executive will call u again. Then I receive another call and he asked for the OTP send on my mobile no. I gave it. And later I received a massage that RS.7505 has been deducted from ur credit limit. They are fraud. I close my credit from SBI Helpline. Please help me for this. Screenshot attached with this mail.
