wrong product & poor quality sari delivered

I purchased a sari worth Rs. 1500.00 (AWB number 943025153). when I opened. I found wrong sari of poor quality has been delivered. I also found my number has been blocked and face book ac has also been blocked when I complained about the same and asked for replacement. This is a fraud company having no real time return policy (though it appears in the website.
Undoubtedly a cheating company and should be closed down.
