Hi,
I have booked autoclave on 17 Feb 2018. Order no. 103565553 on EMI basis. Immidiatly the payment is collected and an order receipt sent. I follow up for the product but no reply. If you called call centre they give you standard answer that in 24 hours you will get the product. They do not escalate or give any other responsible persons no. After 15 days they themself cancelled my order stating the product is not available and my payment will refund within 4-5 days. after 5 days they start saying within 4-5 days more. This is going endless. Not refunding payment to my bank nor giving me information. Indutrial Buying is fraudulent company and it should be banned immidilatly.
