I saw Shirdi to Mumbai ticket rates as 250 on 13th Dec 2015. And at the time of payment click suddenly charges got increased by 100 RS. When I called up customer care and asked for refund or give ticket with 250 rates which they are showing still on sites, they simply refused it. I lost around 1000 rs for 9 seats booking.
