TSRTC – BUS DELAYED BY 5 HOURS AND NO INTIMATION

I booked a ticket for my father from Hyderabad to Chennai in TSRTC bus service number 1328.
I kept the pickup point as ashtalaxmi Kamaan. The bus had to start at MGBS at 9 pm and the departure time at ashtalaxmi Kamaan was 9 20 pm. We were at the boarding point 15 minutes before and were waiting for the bus. It was 10 we were in doubt Wat had happened to the bus but continued waiting. I tried calling up the Ph no. Given in the Ticket and to my surprise I was getting the phone number does not exist 040 40211272 this is the number and you can check it. It was 10 30 now I tried calling the helpline and after 15 mins of holding the line I was able to speak to a representative and asked what had happened to the bus has it started from MGBS or is there any sort of delay or if the service has been cancelled.. he gave the Ph no of the driver and cut the call. Now I tried calling the driver and the most wonderful part I was getting switched off. The driver switched off his Mobile. Now whom should I enquire. We were like standing on the road looking after every bus that passes by. I kept trying and luckily I got my call connected at about 11 o clock and the driver said there was some Problem with the bus and so there’s a small delay and asked to wait and said that the bus will be arriving at about half an hour from then. We continued waiting. It was 12 still the bus didn’t arrive and the driver’s phone was switched off again. I asked my father to wait at that stop and went to MBGS and enquired the station manager regarding the service. He enquired into the issue and told me that the bus is still in the Depot. I was enraged by the news and said can’t anyone intimate the passengers regarding it no one is even responding to the calls. We have been waiting on the road for about 3hrs by then standing and seeing every bus. I called up my father and told him that the bus was still in depot and told him to sit there since we have been standing and waiting since 3 hrs Thanks to the the station manager he called up the depot people enquired and intimated that the bus would reach the boarding point in 20 mins and gave me an alternative number of the other driver. So I went back to the boarding point where dad was waiting and waited there for the bus the time was 1 o clock. The bus finally came at 2 10am. That bus again failed next day Mrng after crossing Gudur and my father had to take another bus and reach Chennai he reached at 2 30pm in the Afternoon. So what kind of service is this from TSRTC no proper intimation to the passenger, no proper buses, the phone numbers given in the ticket don’t work, driver number will not be given in the ticket so whom should we contact? Utter irresponsibility of the officials no proper vigilance. That is the reason why People have reduced using it and have turned to private travels. A 60 year old diabetic patient waiting for 5 hrs on the road due to lack of proper intimation. If he collapses on the road due to hypoglycemia who is responsible for that.?? Ladies with small kids waiting for 5 hrs late night if some mishap occurs who shall be responsible?? There should be a proper intimation service to the passenger. The adamant and reckless attitude of TSRTC towards the passengers should change. Customer care section strengthening is most needed for TSRTC. Mails have to be properly responded within due time. And Some intimation service has to be started through messages or should design a system by which online status of the bus can be known. Buses maintenance is also too poor no proper condition no proper cleanliness. If this continues to be like this the day is very nearer that people will file law suits against TSRTC and stop using it. This is the high time the Officials should wake up and take necessary initiatives for the betterment of the TSRTC services.
