Dear sir/madam, i have sbi credit card, i received a call from this mob no. (7428136120) on 02-sept.-2017. She (Executive) told me that we are calling from mastercard/vissa card verification department and he told all my details including my card number, full name and mailing address linked with that card and asked me to enter otp which has sent to my mobile number for verification, since he mentioned all my details i trusted he is from sbi only but finally its a fraud call, he used an amount of rs 7840 from my card. So please solve my problem and save me from this fraud. If possible please arrange for refund of my money.

Sir/ Madam,
I have SBI credit card. I receive a call from +91 1165100122 this number on 15th Nov,17. She said that they r the sbi verification team and verify my address age proof etc. They said sbi stop their rewards points so they giving me a bonus card and discount cards of visa which is absolutely free And give me the detail of that plan. After that they confirmed my registration is done and give me the registration no. They r asking for payment sum of rs. 7,866/-. I refuse to pay. Then they asked for the otp which is send Belongs to my no. And I give that and as a result my credit card account is debited sum of RE 7,866/-.
Please do needful and help me what should I do in this circumstance.
