Snapdeal.com is sponsoring big shows like Big Boss but their reality is they are only spending towards advertisement but not cust service. I had ordered a projector screen , it was torn when I received it & its been 4 days & have already given back the item & have repeatedly told them that I don’t want money but I want the product. Still till todayy they are just telling me that I will get it after another 6 or 7 working days. They are the worst I will tell people not to order anything from snapdeal.com or otherwise you people will also suffer. Even after paying money I don’t have the product & their there is no gurantee when I will get it. t is like fraud .
