I purchased a book paying online in shopeyard.com on 3-Aug-2015 and after a day i received a mail wrote as order cancellation has been initiated and i were told to send a mail to [email protected] for any further queries which was an invalid email-id.I were not given a proper explanation for my order cancellation which the shopeyard initiated without my acceptance. I tried to fetch their contact number from their website but they did not disclose their contact number too.

The order had been cancelled due non-availability of Stock at our end. You had placed an order for a Out Off Stock product, which was clearly mentioned in the product page. Due to which an immediate cancellation was initiated such that , the amount is refunded back to your account as soon as possible.
We request you to understand the reason.
