I have ordered a car accessory from shopclues.com with order ID 66449898 and they despatched the item on 31/08/15 through book my packet online courier company vide AWB no. 95795270. I have not got the delivery yet. Its been 11 days and after repeated complaints I am not getting any resolution from shopclues. The courier website is showing the last updated status of 02/09/15. Please do the needful.
