The tv (sony lcd ) was not getting switched on .Not working.A complaint was lodged on net.Next day ,there was a phone call from Sai Sony Service Centre .They came ,took tv with them and said they will get it repaired in couple of days .They repaired and took Rs.24650/- twenty four thousand six hundred fifty.-.but the tv became dead on 30-3-1017. It just worked for only 10 days,from 20-3-2017 to 29-3-1017.I called them ,sai service centre .i called many times .But till today no one has come.They have given warranty of one year.But they cheated me. Company name–SAI SONY SERVICE CENTRE. Add:–505,Rainbow Chambers,Near TELEPHONE exchange,Kandivli -west,MUMBAI-67. Ph.–022 22160367.7021564387. Technician’s name–VED. Please take action against them .This is purely cheating. Customers are looted under the name of SONY television Ltd.
