Dear All, This is to inform all the agent and tourist that are coming to South India Tour that please beware of Rass Travels. The Company is cheated us. We booked 01 Innova Car from this Agent. Initially they are not providing us details but after forcing them they provide Wrong Driver Details. When We checked with that driver he gave us another Driver Number. Now after receiving New Driver number I didn’t check again but when our guest arrive from South Africa and waiting at Station for Pickup he called the driver and in result the drivers says he have another trip he is not going for this trip and our guest will call us and discuss the issues. Our Company immediately take action against this and call the agent. Now it will take another 30 mins – 1 Hour. After 1 hour Vehicle Arrived but now Driver is saying something different according to him he is not going Munnar he only Visit Cochin. You can speak with your agent. Again our guest call us and report the problem. When We again called the Rass Travels he said he will arrange another Vehicle. In this time frame Our Guest is suffering a lot he is waiting his time only for Vehicle availability. After Long time when everything is sorted out our guest began his journey. But On last days Rass Travel Call us and demanding for Balance Payment we already initiated the request and it will take some time to credit in Rass Travels Account but They are so narrow Minded and so eagerly waiting for their money they can’t wait they need the money immediately. After send all the proofs that we already transfer the amount and discussion they hold our guest for 01 – 02 Hours. Because of this our guest Flight Miss and He bear a loss of 19000/- for arranging new tickets for Mumbai. So We (Avantika Holidays) Requesting all agents and all guest travelling to South India Tour please do not book your any travel related arrangement with Rass Travels.
