It was good to see that this company takes serious note of the PlacementIndia Complaints also. Complaints can have a very bad impact on the company’s reputation in the market. As an entrepreneur myself, I am always surprised when I see so many companies around that do not pay any attention to the complaints their customers have. But thankfully PlacementIndia does not fall into this category. I was not happy with add-on services I had availed and so I gave a negative feedback on their complaints section. In response, I got a call from their executive who took note of my issue and got it resolved within two days. I am happy that they were quick enough to resolve my problem. Though it is better if a company does not give a chance to the customers to complain in the first place, still it is also good if they ensure that the complaints are resolved as soon as possible. If only other companies too took equal care of their dissatisfied customers.
