I had made bill payment of Rs. 1201.00 of MTNL Delhi Landline no 25875476 (CA No. : 2063337455 ) though PAYTM (Order ID 840183637 )on 29/03/2015 but till 30/03/2015 payment status is showing is processing. Due date of payment is 30/03/2015 so i made same payment from through MTNL bill payment facility using my CITI Bank Credit Card. But on 31/03/2015 i received confirmation mail from Paytm that bill payment is success full. So when i checked my MTNL account its not showing any payment receipt from Paytm is only showing one payment which was paid by me through MTNL Online Bill payment Facility.
I had raise query to Paytm Customer Care & Paytm Grievance department( Ticket Request #106337973) but they are not replying from last 4 days.
Kindly take necessary action for refund my money immediately.
