My contact no is 9819503335. I have already raised this issue via app to your customer service. On 01/02/2016 I tried to make the payment of Vodafone bill for the amount of rs 164, but it didn’t go through when processing via the operator. So I requested the amount to be refunded to the bank, but the amount has not been credited yet. I know its too early to make a complain but on the same day the other amount of rs 263 which was also failed, was been refunded to the bank instantly, when requested, but not this one. I have have any balance on paytm wallet. This was the first time I have used your app and its not working as expected.
