I had pre booked ola taxi on 7 feb 6.30 am. the booking was done on 6th feb night and I got confirmation message from ola cab. ( crn37061850) no driver details I received upto 6.30 am. then I called customer care and they sent me driver details. I called the driver for confirmation but he was unble to reach and he said that anaother driver will pick up me and after 5 min they again change the driver and cab details. I called that driver too. but no res[ponse…after 10 min I got another driver details and after 2 min I got regretion mail for cancellation. due to which I missed my flight from bengaluru to jaipur. which was non refundable. and I have to book new ticket which cost rs 8210. + local taxi 2000 rs( bcoz of urgency). total 10210 rs loss due to OLA cab. they are cheater.
