I have booked a flat in Nucleus Premium Properties’s Eleganza project in April 2014 . The project was meant to be completed in 15 months, to maximum extended, by the end of 2015. Now , after a period of 20 months delay , the situation seems to be not different ! When we approached the builder to know the status , we were told in a threatening tone that there is no use of giving a complaint as they are bound to complete the project in 2018 only .. visiting the site we could clearly notice that work progresses @ snails gallop. Meanwhile repayment of housing loan after a moratorium period of 18 months started in march 2017. Now we are bearing the pain of earning the money for housing loan EMI as well as house rent. We are not willing to wait further, kindly make the arrangements to repay the amount we paid to them along with the applicable interest and compensation.
