I had booked a flat at marigold in Siddha Water Front in February 2017 paying rs. 31000. I was told that 90% of my loan will be sanctioned thru SBI. I had paid rs. 250000 for the flat thru cheque. I was told agreement will happen only after loan sanctioned. The loan was not sanctioned but agreement was made. Now I am told that if I don pay as per agreement my 280000 will not be refunded. I am in a soup as to how do I return my money which I had borrowed from Friend. The cost of flat is 2800000.
