I have order a watch from this website nextgengizmos.com , product name Neptune Hub, cleared an COD of 1600. When I addressed the delivery agent he said I don’t know anything and demanded to pay the amount as there is no open delivery policy. I have checked with the company’s website and they don’t have a customer service number just a support email Id, for which I have raised the complaint. Still haven’t heard from them. I suspect a foul play as this is the second complaint registered in consumer court. Bad business for fast-track and delivery partners.
