Myntra – A book instead of a pair of shoes

Hi, i am jerry. Last two weeks ago i had ordered a pair of Roadsters shoe from myntra. The delivery was supposed to reach me by the 6th of October but i recived it only on the 9th of October. Instead of finding a pait of shoes all i could find was a book on medicine or so. I got in touch with Myntra officials and dey asked me to give them a 3 days margins to sort out the problem. Today morning i opened my mail to find a response from myntra which stated that the product they had packed and send was Shoes in fact! And that they cant proceed my ‘request’. I called them again today and they have asked me to give them some more time. I think i am being played and cheated here by the company.
Please let me know a way to either get my shoes back or to refund my money back.
