Mi 10400 mAh Power Bank – Product not working/duplicate

Kindly help this poor customer.

I have booked the below said product from allhitbazaar in online, however the product is not working from the day one.

Inspite of calling number of times and sending mails nobody is not responding and not able to contact them, looks like this people are selling duplicate product, cheating customer.

I request you to kindly help me to refund the amount with interest and ban these website and take legal action against its owner.
