I have taken lava iris x5 after few month i’m facing charging ic problem then i have submitted my phone . They told me to pay 1500 , i paid that. But after one week , i got know that my phone is having same problem.Once again i have submitted my phone, in the same day after 2-3 hrs they have changed some parts of phone. It is one of the worst service in my experience. Kind attention to every one those who are going to purchase any LAVA product, please go through my experience.
