I had got a call on 7of June around 2:00Pm. Telling that they will convert my Reward points in to Cash and its a Last day.
The lady by Name Ruchi Verma (+91-7428140343)and she had all my card details like Card number, Expiry date , last amount paid , Outstanding amount , due date for my payment , last bill amount paid etc, and then she said 7604 is my rewards points and it will convert in the form of cash within 48 hours and got an OPT for amount RS 7604 and later I am getting a message the amount of 7604 has been deducted from my card.
I kindly request you to Investigate and revert my money as soon as possible.
