I ordered for a saree from India rush. It is the worst online company, I ever came across. They basically do not have any clear refund policy and cheat customers. They delivered me wrong product and when I asked for substitute for that, they told me it is not available. As per there refund policy they should return the amount paid if substitute is not available. But they did not pay me back. I am not left with any other option other then taking legal action against them. Any one interested, can join. They should be taught a lesson.
