icici bank – cheated termination without any reason

Dear Concern,

i had taken staff subsidized loan of icici bank for PO program run by icici bank of amount Rs.2.75k as it has to be recovered within five years from monthly salary as the has terminated me on 20th december 2013 without any showcause from the service as i went to my hometown ramgarh for attending the death ritual of my uncle after doing my services dated 25th nov 2013 as i attended the branch dated 30th nov 2013 my employee id 241182 was blocked and issued termination letter. as i am confirmed employee.as the bank is demanding the staff loan amount so what kind of action needs to be taken as i have approached to the service lawyer but he is saying for the staff loan he cannot undertake.as he has appealed to the bank for no showcause and accepting my joining request.please guide for the following.i will be thankful to you.
