I have Two FDRs with the company. The company has issued post dated cheques that have bounced . I had written mail to the company and the company is not responding. There is law in India that if the cheques get bounced, FIR can be issued and the issuer can be jailed. In spite of this law many companies are fooling public. Can government take action against such companies so that had earned money od senior citizens are not siphoned by the company like Elder.
