ebazar ninja – delivery issues

we have ordered a product in http://www.ebazar.ninja/ website but we didnot receive the product we have paid for the product through online and product code is o1d13967 the product is ordered on 25th november 2015 bot still now we doesnot get our product while we contact the website through call they are giving reckless answers by saying that your product has been delivered already to a person called manikyam but order was placed with a name arshad pasha we have asked how could you deliver order to third person there answer is we are trying to resolve it with our courier service we are getting this answer since 5 days onwards. its our request to you is to take action against this website and help us to recover our product
