I had order for micromax turbo vide order number: 100013528 on 27th FEB 2014 and on the same day the amount of Rs. 13,748.44 was deducted from my account as your authorised officers have misrepresented the fact that the product shall be deleviered within 6 Days of reciving the payment however approximately 20 Days have already been expired .Since then but till date you had not even sent my order for shipment which clearly shows your malafide intentions as you had misappropriate my funds for wrong ful gains to yourself which clearly proves from the fact that for the last 4-5 Days you are noit even picking up my telephone dispite various calls . You had made yourself liable to be prosecuted under criminal as well as civil law in the local jurisdition of Delhi courts . I hereby inform you that in case you fail to delever my product within 3 working days I shall make the complaint with the local police athorities against you and you shall be liable for all the consequences You Please also note that I shall also file Civil as well as Consumer Case for reecovery of my amount alongwith damages and mental torture.
