I visited Apollo vanagaram for throat pain on 19/12/2015. I was attended by Dr.Ganesh, consultant ENT at around 10.30 AM. He was very rude to me. He would not even let me speak before he comments. I was not told, besides repeated questions what the problem is. I pay money but get no respect. He only said what he wanted to say without my involvement in a rude way. The medicines he prescribed are completely irrelevant to the problem I have.he would not even answer my questions regarding my problem and insisted that he will type out my prescription. We are not fools. I want you to understand. We are more educated than your so called doctors are.Please treat patients with respect, for the money we pay you guys. You are only doctors as long as you can listen to patients problems and explain solutions. I am disappointed in such a service. I would like Dr.Ganesh to know that he is pathetic.

Had consulted Dr. Ganesh R for ALlergic Rhinitis (Allergy induced cold). On my first visit itself the doc appeared very rude. Not addressing concerns, answering doubts and simply asking to follow prescription.
For the ailment he gave me 3 month intense medicines, which as per other doctors i consulted were very hard. Anyway i continued with them for 2 months.
On my second visit i went for follow up, he was tooo rude to talk properly constantly commenting on why i didnot take medicines for all the duration of 3 months. On raising doubt over side effects of medicines which included Nausea, dizziness etc. he became very angry and said “I AM THE DOCTOR NOT YOU, YOU JUST FOLLOW WHAT I SAY ” …..is this the way educated doctors talk ????
Over and above this, when asked as when he expects me to overcome this ailment, he said that NOBODY IN THIS WORLD CAN TELL THAT. and also threatened that “IF I DONOT TAKE THE MEDICINES FOR THE WHOLE DURATION HE WILL HAVE TO DO SURGERY OF MY NOSE”. –WTF ??? HOW CAN HE THREATEN ME LIKE THAT.
we are not idiots, we are all educated and well understand everything. For every visit he charges 600/ Rs irrespective of the reason of visit. Above that he does not want to listed AT ALL ….only tell himself …..he is a BULLSHIT doctor which no one should visit.
