I have ordered pumpkin seed oil from Amazon.in on 16-July-2015. Its delivery date was sonme 26 July-2015. Till date i dnt received that product.
When i called customer care each time they told me you will receive that shortly. When i again called them after some days they told me ordered was cancelled. They dnt informed me about the
cancellation. I only contact them to get the status each day. When i asked them to refund my amount thet told me they have filed the refund. But till date i dnt get my refund.
Amazon such a big cheater. Dnt expect this from Amazon.in. Pathetic service , no customer satisfaction , Employees are not having manners to talk to their customers.
Please take the proper action against them. Its almost 2 months now.
