airtel dth service centre – set up box problem

our airtel dth customer id was 3004805898 . name : thiravia ramesh .m. Our set up box was repaired .so we gave the setup box to the thiruchendur airtel digital tv service centre before 21/2 months. they didn’t give any receipt. they give their contact no but thee was no response till today . we had lost our dth balance due to this reason . pls take action immediately
