Abhibus – abhi bus service – Ticket cancelled without notice-Wrong Agent

We had booked the Volvo bus via abhi bus service for travelling to Dharamshala on 14th August, 2014. The agent through whom the booking was done was Inder Travels. The scheduled departure was at 5.30 from RK ashram. We took half day off from our offices n Gurgaon n rushed and there wasn’t any bus and when we called Inder he informed that now bus would leave at 6.30 from Majnu ka Tila.We had not earlier clue and the distance being lot and traffic being heavy we had to rush in an auto paying 200 bucks. When we reached there, Inder guided us to the place where the bus would be but in an extremely inconvenient way.we somehow managed to find the spot n were informed that bus name is Bedi travels . When we reached there and informed the owner about our seat numbers , another guy said he has same seat numbers and the owner post seeing our print out said no agent named Inder travels exists. We were taken aback. We tried calling abhi bus service but no one responded .we called up Inder who wanted to talk to the owner. The owner blasted him saying that he hasn’t paid him and this he had cancelled our tickets.we were shocked. The owner refused to help.inder said he can try to refund but we had already done our hotel bookings. We wanted to somehow reach and post begging the owner he agreed to give us two seats at the back of a non AC bus. We had no option left.inder hardly helped and said he would refund the money but he never did. The Volvo ticket was worth 1500 and the bus we came in was worth 800 per person.i have cervical an owing to back seat my back got hurt badly and my trip was spoiled owing to the horrible journey.we have never travelled in such conditions.it was uncomfortable, hot and an extremely bad experience, especially when we made bookings for a Volvo. The bus broke down for an hour which delayed the travel further and stopped at a shady dhaba where it was not possible to eat the food.all of this we had to go through owing to Inder travels and your company. Instead of all this we haven’t received any refund yet. This was the worst experience in terms of journey in our lives. And Abhibus did not even respond to any of our mails.
