I had purchased the policy of Max Life Online Term Plan Plus, Application No. 122976442 Phone No. 8283836009 by paying INR 10133 towards initial premium for the same. But it shows a very bad experience to me as I got the multiple calls on my cell phone regarding the link into which I have to submit my rest of the documents. But on ground there was no link to be sent as yet. Kindly explain the delay in your services or shall I withdraw my policy funds.
