I had booked order for MI power bank of 20000mah and free digital watch on dt 1/11/2017 but after getting the pack I had found that one Samsung power bank and a digital watch which isn’t working. Then I had raised the complain in consumer forum and got a call from 7006261917 in the name of Pickrr technologies pvt ltd and caller suggested me to return the product as the ordered product isn’t available and caller had suggested me to install BHIM Sbi Pay application to transfer the billed amount of Rs1199, so I followed him and I had seen there is Rs3597 deduction from my account.when I informed this the caller cut my call. And the amount is credited to 7006045506@ybl. So again I had raised complain in consumer forum. Again I had got call from 8637864618 in the name of Rahul from Pickrr technologies pvt ltd and the caller enquired about the issue and asked me to share my card no. or Aadhar no.when I refused to give for security reasons then caller had used slang language to insult me and warned me. Therefore I request you to please take necessary action to stop this or else I will go to put a consumer case against Pickrr technologies pvt Ltd
