I have placed an order of prestige rice cooker on 8 th feb for Rs 2010/- order no .1520368636 . Product was suppose to be delivered by 16th, but still my product has not been delivered. I tried calling Paytm customer care but even they failed to track my order.They just provided me a key no.and told me that my complaint will be resolved within 48 hrs …but still I haven’t received any response . Kindly help me to get my money back because I dont need that product any more…
I ask customer care executive to cancel my order but I was told that whenever that as product is in shipping it will be cancelled of I refuse to accept that product when it will be deliverd to me..and when merchant receives back the product , then my money will be refunded to me.
So to get my money back ,the delivery of product is important….
