Htc desire u dual sim to have and display – Two times product defective .last three month company not refund my money

I am placed order 4month earlier on Maxbhi.com
Company send defective piece
Again I will replace the the same piece
Again pice not run
After that I will say to company please refund my money back
Amount 1400
Order I’d I’d 112657
because he waste my 4 month time and 200 for courier
And 250 for courier charges
But after 4month company not respond
And now I will try several to call company toll free no recive call
Please help me
