I have fixed deposits in the name of bhupendra p shah,dipti bhupendra shah and bhupendra p shah (huf) totalling to rs.4,40,000.00.few of the fds are already matured and handed over to the company either directly by me or through m/s bajaj capital ltd.fort.interest cheques are also bounced however elder is not refunding money nor interest now apx.rs.5,00,000.00 i ahve already lodged complaint with company law board ,ballard pier,bombay but nothing fruitful as on date.clb is trying its best.we are sr.citizens and bank on this funds a lot,need money back urgently.Bhupendra p shah.mob.9322141037
