I placed order for 3 Nos. Octa Air antenna on 30-01-18 and amount was debited to my credit card account, which is already paid by me.
Since then there is no proper response from the seller and consignment is not delivered to me till date, though informed, shipped on 31-01-18.
I am sending emails to them but no response. I have asked the seller to refund full amount of INR. 5985.00 but not heard anything from SmartTv123.com
Request to please register my complaint and help me for getting the refund at the earliest.

My order was given to Smart TV vendor 3 unit 6585 on December 14, 2018, but the content was not received till date today, no request has been made in this regard, neither has received any confirmation nor received an amounts Your organization has been refunded lastly, if 3 units do not get any entry within 10 days, then be constrained for legal action Will fall

I place order for the Antena SmartTV wioth ref No and confirmation : Re: Re: SmartTV123 Octa Air Confirmation (#6300673B67) (#27600-266C6) on 2nd April 2018. I paid R 585 and then while booking there was another trap to pay R 225 for updated version. Nothing has been received so far and I fear this is complete fraud.
I need the refund or I am going for the Police complain.
I placed an order on 06 Feb 2018 but delivery of item is still pending… I paid Rs 5899/- for Qty -03. Company is responding to every email as same reply. Never got a satisfied reply or a call. Can approach any agency for complaint ?
