Hi,
I had ordered Neptune Hub from this website called www.nextgengizmos.com.
I received the parcel from my packet.com with details mentioned on the packet as per order. However after paying them when I opened the packet to my suprise and shock I found a cheap local wallet of value not more than 50rs in local market.
I immediately contacted the local courier.who delevired they said they can’t do anything and I need to check and file complaint against the provider .I tried to contact both nexgengizmos as w
Well as bookmypacket.com , but there is no response from.them.
I want my money back and these.qebsires should be banned and blacklisted
