We, a group of doctors did Europe tour through Neem Holidays in May17 which turned out to be a big disappointment!!!
The entire tour was completely mismanaged and unorganised…
The bus was pathetic with AC not working, dinner was provided after midnight on most of the days.
Very first day we were provided with packed dinner at 1.00 am and taken to hotel to check in around 2.00am. Everyday we were told to get ready by 9.30 – 10.00 am and then after lot of excuses the tour would begin around noon. So, everyday it was delayed start and ultimately the day would end after midnight!!
Some of the Hotels had very compact and stuffy rooms with stinking carpets and no AC … small table fans provided saved us from suffocating!!!
Even the drinking water was provided to us after frequently reminding for it.
