The most horrible tour service. Bad management or I should say no management at all. They used to start at 11 in the morning or sometimes by 12. Then making us be in the bus till late night. We have reached hotels at 3 in night. Children with no food due to their lack of proper planning as we were not reaching on time and by the time we reached i,e night 12 or 1 in hotel children would be slept by then. No time given for shopping and it was a nightmare. Hotels given were like cubicles and they had told us three star grade. Doubt their level of arrogance, super duper flop and never go for it. They take a hefty amount but no services at all. Customer satisfaction is not in Neem`s dictionary.
