MYNTRA – Wrong product Shipped

I recently made a purchases through Myntra.com and ordered for six different items out of which two were men’s underwear and when I got my shipment the underwear which I received is totally different from what I ordered. One of a different shape and design and the other one instead of the blue colour which I ordered I got a red one. I immediately call there customer service to complain about it but got a response saying that undergarments cannot be returned and I’m there FAQ section it is mentioned that colour and print may be different from what is shown on the website once you receive it. They have clearly shown the same underwear in different colour and also have mention it as blue underwear and how come the variation is to a red one. Then why they have displayed the underwear in so many shapes and size if by end of the day they send us any one and we have to live with there choice and also pay for it. We purchase online just by looking at the pictures and if its misleading then its no use shopping on these websites. My order no. 88803004
