I order an earphone of cost 250 from Maxbhi.com. I got a damaged product. I requested them for refund/replacement. They are asking for courier the product back to them and when I am asking for the courier charges I will pay they are saying its your responsibility to send the item back. Then I asked for refund the product cost they are saying we don’t even give refund for any product. Please tell me what I will do.
