maxbhi.com though accepted the payments and approved the orders #185759 & #185750 but failed to deliver the same on auto cancellation. The more unfortunate part is that they held the refund amount in the name of e-Wallet instead to refunding the same to the source bank accounts. To utilize the money in said e-Wallet I have ordered another product and tried to pay the balance through net banking but maxbhi.com deducted the full amount for the new order and did not adjust said e-wallet balance.
This way maxbhi.com injures innocent online customers. The deserve legal action against them.
With this attitude, maxbhi.com does stand a chance to compete in the online market now and definitely not in the long run.
