I booked a flat with Mahindra Life spaces Developer in their Mahindra Antheia project, Pimpri, Pune in may,2015. As per booking time commitment they are supposed to give possession of flat in January,2016. But they could notdo it, when asked about delay that time they said they will pay compansiation of Rs.5/day/sq.ft only if delayed minimum for 6 months. When it was delayed more than 8 months, they said they will not give any compansiation for delay because it is their management decision and they can’t help. So i decided to cancell flat, they said they will deduct 7.5 Lacs for cancellation and i am having thay calculation sheet for deduction. When i tried to approch PMO office than they are agreed to pay my money back and got my signature of no dues and took original documents. After that again they have deducted Rs.4.4 Lacs. Ad agreed to pay me remaining amount after deductng 4.4 Lacs. But since 2 months I am waiting after issuing letter from them, but not paid that also till date. Every time they say next week. Please help me.
