I bought jwelles of 33000 from Mahalaxmi Jewellers , but when I go for payment from my credit card , the shopkeeper told me that I have to give 2 % more for this type of payment or otherwise I have to give cash.
That time I was not sure about this ,so i went to ATM and do the payment cash.
After payment shopkeeper gives me the duplicate bill , and when i asked for the original bill then he again said that I have to pay 1 % for the original palyment.
