Hi This is sumithra from Bangalore Residing at 71/2 Radha Rama oil mill Road ,1st cross,Lingarajapura.Aravinda nagar.Bangalore–84 I am a regular customer of LG product.but this time i have made a big mistake by purchasing LG SPLIT AIRCONDITINER.on 15/3/2016 installed on 18/3/2016 with 10yrs warranty .MODEL is BSA181BE THLG I have registered a complaint on 3rd of April comp no is RNP170403085407.after the follow up ,the service person has visited and said while fixing an AC the installation person not covered the hole due to that the rat has entered inside the AC and bit the wire of PCB .since it was 13th month running he said its chargeble we also agreed for the same.on the 13th day the angency person said now LG stopped supplying spare to them so they are unable to repair ,so we have wait for a 1 month or else we have to get service done by local people.after communicated with call centre team leader Mr.sanjay ,promised he will saught out the issue.and he put concol to Mr.Kishor saying he is Bangalore incharge ,Mr.Kishor said he will call back on 14th but like a fool we are waiting till now. If LG company does not have spare for AC pls refund our money.cheating people like this is not good. we learnt a lesson that should not buy LG PRODUCTS here after Regards sumithra Manjunath 9686856778
