I had bought 2 spects from lenskart (Chaturshingi, Pune). The power that lenskart prescribed for my lenses of both the spects for left eye, is totally wrong. I have ‘spherical’, instead they fitted and have given it ‘cylindrical’ for left eye. This was case fo both the spects that I had purchased on 10 May, 2017.
I trusted the company, but later when I checked power of my eyes from ophthalmologist and two other places, I got to know that I have spherical for my left eye as well just like right eye and not cyclindrical.
I was also told by my Dr. that this ‘huge’ mistake by lenskart has caused my left eye power to go more bad, it has increased problems for my left eye. I have been suffering problems to my left eye and headache. Although I had showed prescription from my ophthalmologist to lenskart staff present at Chaturshingi that time, still they have carelessness committed this mistake.
Such mistakes by lenskart, its staff causes serious consequences for customer and permanent eye damage.
It appears, by reading other comments here, they have repeatedly done similar kind of mistakes, this is ‘playing with customers.’
