Hi , I have been cheated of Rs. 7992 through my ICICI credit card.
I got a call from a certain Ruchi Verma from the number +91 9311375349 on 17 July 2017 and she claimed to be from ICICI card marketing department. He offered to convert my reward points into cash and made me pay Rs. 7999. to the merchant ‘Karttoshop_epaykerela’ and told the equivalent amount of my reward points would be credited to my account within 48 hours, I have blocked the card immediately. Will u please block the transaction.
Later on when I contacted ICICI customer care they told me it was Fraud call. What surprised me the most is these guys are aware of the last payment i made and my approx. current outstanding amount. I am not sure how these confidential information is leaked to these fraud people.
Hence, kindly investigate this serious matter and refund my amount which is debited fraudly.
SHE IS CALLING SO MANY PEOPLE WITH DIFFERENT MOBILE NUMBERS AND CHEATING. KINDLY LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.
