I have to go darjeeling with colleagues, I bookd ticket in pune kamakhya express(train no. 02511).My ticket was booked in coach no. D2 that coach had only 20 seats. Railways had allotted me seat no. D 21, D 22, D 23 & D 24 for PNR NO – 8240041012.
It was really disgusting experience of mine with railway.
I have also lodge complain in indial railway, complain no. Is W/CR/PUNE/000085206. After passing 8 days I didn’t got any response from railway.
So I forced to complain in this forum to get justice as soon as earliest .
